Job Overview
We are a growing software business managing multiple software projects with distributed engineering teams across Asia, Europe, and other regions. We are seeking a trustworthy, U.S.-based remote assistant to help with administrative coordination, customer communication, and light operational support.
This is a long-term, part-time role with minimal weekly hours and a flexible schedule — ideal for someone looking for stable supplemental income.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer or partner inquiries via email or chat (templates and guidance provided)
Handle basic administrative tasks and simple follow-ups
Assist with coordination and communication tasks related to software operations
Monitor messages and notify the team if something urgent or unusual arises
Provide occasional support for U.S.-based operational needs, such as receiving information, confirming details, or assisting with routine coordination requests (no technical or legal responsibility involved)
No technical background is required. Clear communication, reliability, and discretion are essential.
Workload & Schedule
⏱️ Approximately 5 hours per week
Fully remote

Requirements
Must be legally based in the United States
